Dion to lead coalition, give $30b boost to economy

OTTAWA � Stephane Dion is poised to advise the Governor General that he has the confidence of the House of Commons to form government should the Conservatives fall.

The Liberal leader is sending a letter to Michaelle Jean today advising that the Liberals and NDP � backed by the Bloc Quebecois � have reached a deal to form a coalition government.
